Convention Hotel & Room Booking Information

The Hyatt Regency Wichita is our official convention hotel and has generously supported us in planning this year’s event. We’ve secured a block of rooms at a special rate, but you must book by April 1, 2025, to receive this discounted pricing. Please note that reserving a hotel room is separate from your convention registration.

Important Booking Details:

• Be sure to select the correct number of guests in your room.
• Breakfast is included in the room rate based on occupancy. If your occupancy selection is incorrect and you attend breakfast, you will be charged the full daily buffet price, which is higher than our negotiated rate.
